• Qualify inbound leads by understanding their situation, pain points, and purchase potential; • Conduct active outbound prospecting using commercial intelligence tools and market data; • Execute contact cadences via phone, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp; • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team; • Update information and track opportunities in the CRM; • Work closely with Growth and Marketing teams to continuously improve outreach approaches; • Test new strategies, messaging, and prospecting flows; • Support the buildout of the company's sales pipeline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Organizational skills and the ability to manage daily sales routines; • Analytical mindset and goal-oriented approach; • Quick learner with the ability to adopt new tools and processes; • Basic knowledge of inbound, outbound, and sales funnels; • Experience with or familiarity with HubSpot, RD Station, Meetime, or similar CRMs; • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools is a plus; • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; • Interest in growth, sales, and technology. • Preferred qualifications: • Courses in sales, pre-sales, prospecting, or growth; • Experience working in startups or SaaS companies; • Knowledge of sales automation and demand generation.
