Description
• Our company operates a range of systems and processes. As a data automation engineer, you will play a pivotal role in automating data transfer processes. This entails identifying existing processes, and proposing solutions, developing, implementing, testing and maintaining automated solutions. • As part of our Research and Development team, you will collaborate closely with other software engineers, analytics engineers and systems specialists, as well as cross-functional teams to deliver the automations in the business.
Requirements
• Demonstrable proficiency in Python programming language for the purposes of developing data transfer processes. • Strong aptitude in basic programming and computer science principles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including articulating technical concepts to a non-technical audience. • Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-starting attitude. • Excellent attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
