📋 Description

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies for Salesforce, SAP, and ERP positions. • Source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. • Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews. • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide regular updates. • Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the company's employer brand. • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on Salesforce, SAP, and ERP roles. • Strong understanding of the technical skills required for these positions. • Excellent sourcing and networking abilities. • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
