📋 Description

• Guide students and families through customized research programs and ensure milestones from topic selection to publication are completed on schedule • Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents • Proactively communicate progress, manage expectations, and resolve concerns • Monitor student progress, identify roadblocks, and implement strategic interventions • Handle conflict resolution and high-stakes de-escalation scenarios • Collaborate with research mentors and tutors to align mentoring with student goals • Represent client feedback internally and support issue resolution and service improvements • Use CRM tools to track and report student progress • Ensure smooth transfer of client relationships from the sales team • Build client loyalty, support retention, and identify opportunities for additional purchases or referrals • Identify and assist with service and operational improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of demonstrated success in student admissions counseling, academic advising, mentoring, or program management within a high-achieving educational context • Direct experience with the US college admissions process and/or international education systems is a strong asset • Advanced proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace • Ability to build rapport and trust with high-net-worth clients and families • Ability to maintain composure in emotional or difficult situations • Strong analytical and project management ability • Exceptional verbal and written English proficiency • Strong negotiation, de-escalation, and conflict resolution skills • High cultural awareness and adaptability for diverse international customers and stakeholders
