📋 Description

• Provide support for Insurance Agency Websites, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Media Marketing, and Local Listings Management • Conduct professional and timely client communications • Answer customer requests via phone and support-ticket emails through the helpdesk system • Resolve support tickets promptly and effectively using strong product knowledge • Update customer websites using WordPress Content Management System • Follow documented processes and provide process-improvement feedback • Provide frontline customer service for billing inquiries • Identify support-process improvements and share observations • Assist with daily billing duties and support the digital marketing team

🎯 Requirements

• Digital marketing experience across multiple channels • Customer service or account management background • Outstanding customer service skills • Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and verbal skills • Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with clients and internal staff • WordPress experience • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Eagerness to learn new concepts and technologies • Time management and troubleshooting skills • Punctual, reliable, professional, and able to make independent decisions • Ability to work as a team player • Self-starter with the ability to analyze problems and identify quick solutions
