📋 Description

• Perform and verify payroll processing • Handle onboarding, offboarding, vacation, leaves of absence and benefits processes • Ensure compliance with statutory filings and ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, DIRF and other legal requirements) • Perform calculation and reconciliation of labor and social security charges • Conduct audits and validations of HR/Payroll processes • Support managers and employees with inquiries related to labor legislation • Prepare management reports and area KPIs • Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes • Act as a technical reference and subject-matter expert on personnel administration topics

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in HR/Payroll (Personnel Department) • Advanced knowledge of labor and social security legislation and eSocial • Experience processing high-volume payroll • Experience with TOTVS systems (RM, Protheus or Datasul) • Advanced Excel skills for controls and analyses • Experience working with companies in the São Paulo market • Knowledge of labor audit processes (a plus) • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields (a plus)
