📋 Description

• Active involvement in consulting projects and clients' operational environments • Design and integration of the Cloud Contact Center platform based on Genesys Cloud • Implementation of integrations into customers' system landscapes • Service and support of the systems • Continuous enhancement of customer systems

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or equivalent qualification • Strong IT affinity • Professional experience with call center infrastructures, ideally Genesys or similar • Knowledge of SIP, IVR, chatbots and automation • Willingness to learn new applications and technologies quickly • Good teamwork and communication skills • Strong service orientation
