📋 Description

• Conduct daily outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and direct messaging to identify and qualify commercial roofing opportunities. • Research and contact property owners, facility managers, REITs, and corporate decision makers. • Manage the outreach pipeline and coordinate virtual meetings for our executive and estimating team. • Build partnerships with national property management groups, franchise operators, and facility maintenance firms. • Utilize CRM systems to track progress, report KPIs, and manage communication cadences. • Develop strategic partnerships that lead to multi-property or recurring service contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of proven experience in business development, B2B sales, or lead generation (preferably in roofing, contracting, or commercial services) • Expert-level knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and cold outreach automation • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment • Track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting and revenue targets
