📋 Description

• Record, categorize, and reconcile daily financial transactions in QuickBooks (Online/Desktop) • Manage expense tracking, reimbursements, and receipt documentation • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations with high accuracy • Generate and review standard financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) • Support payroll entries and client invoicing processes • Maintain organized financial documentation for audits and reviews • Coordinate with CPAs or accounting teams when required • Ensure timely reporting and strict adherence to deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience using QuickBooks • Practical understanding of US bookkeeping standards • Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • High attention to detail and structured work habits • Clear written and verbal English communication • Stable internet connection and personal laptop • Willingness to commit to US night shifts long-term
