âą Oversee campaign execution for influencer marketing campaigns, navigating key clients and internal cross-functional teams (Impact Studio, Paid, Measurement, etc.) âą Sit within a team of client service individuals who support each other on campaign execution âą Take on client facing ownership and responsibilities alongside the Account Director and Group Account Director to help drive consistent client communication and success in post sale âą Join, lead, and support on key client meetings âą Support creators + client on-the-ground during brand trips with clients throughout the year which will require travel (ie London, Rome, San Diego, Seattle) âą Managing & working collaboratively to support new business and upsell opportunities with the client âą Support in achieving and exceeding monthly client and business KPI targets âą Lead influencer contract negotiations and management âą Support the Account Director in budget management, forecasting and tracking project cash flow, campaign spending, and cost of service. âą Lead development of Post Campaign Analysis reports & present to the client in partnership with Insights & Measurement team âą Continuously focus on best in class client service and output of work for our partner
âą 5+ years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing and/or talent marketing âą Experience leading junior team members, supporting day to day training and execution, as well as long-term growth âą Alignment that you will be traveling as part of this role, being on-the-ground with clients as needed âą Experience in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media and working within a revenue organization âą Experience identifying and sourcing creator talent âą Experience in creator and/or creator agency outreach âą Experience negotiating contracts with creators, agents, managers and/or attorneys âą Experience scoping and planning content calendar based on creator rates and client KPIs âą Experience executing campaigns across many of the social platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, Pinterest and Snap âą Experience working on multiple campaign responsibilities and projects simultaneously âą Experience in delivering post-campaign analysis presentation and reports âą Experience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment terms âą Experience in revenue recognition systems and processes âą You are commercially aware, detail-oriented, organized, confident, polished, dynamic and communicate exceptionally well âą Very comfortable with spreadsheets, numbers and data analysis âą You are extremely comfortable leading client calls, presentations and conversations âą You are nimble, forward thinking, strategic and comfortable with ambiguity âą You are positive, collaborative and exude leadership qualities âą Experience and knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus âą A general understanding for the travel competitive marketplace and working with travel/hospitality brands is a plus âą Experience with designing decks is a plus âą Love for travel space is a plus
