📋 Description

• Own Influur's treasury and financial operations, including cash, collections, payments, AR/AP, and seller relationships • Run treasury operations frictionlessly and automate them • Manage the full accounts receivable and payable cycle • Develop and execute collections strategy and follow-up • Coordinate day-to-day seller relationships, collections, and issue resolution • Maintain daily cash visibility and perform reconciliations • Execute vendor and seller payments through an organized payment calendar • Manage operational banking relationships, accounts, movements, and bank coordination • Use technology, AI, and automation to scale financial operations • Maintain documented, current, and reliable treasury controls and reporting • Grow into banking, debt, working capital, cash-flow projections, investments, and fintech projects in Stage 2

🎯 Requirements

• Ownership and leadership; drive topics to closure • Ability to elevate and automate processes, not just maintain them • Ability to bring solutions and demonstrate financial judgment • Real experience in financial operations or treasury • Ownership and drive to grow into the strategic layer • Bilingual Spanish and English • Comfortable with AI and automation
