Description

• Prospecting along side your assigned SDR into large-sized prospective companies • Developing a deep understanding of customer's business and how time-series data solutions could benefit them across IIoT, Real Time Analytics and Infrastructure Monitoring use cases • Strategically prospecting using Outreach, LinkedIn and calling into CTOs, CDOs, Engineering/Data Leaders, & technical end users in our open source install base and net new prospects • Executing a complex sales process through POCs and Pilots • Ensuring high forecasting accuracy and consistency

Requirements

• 5+ Years Enterprise field sales experience • Top 10% performer against $1M+ new business quotas • Ability to articulate the business value and ROI of complex enterprise technology • Experience working for an emerging (startup) tech company • Sold into large Fortune 500 companies and a strong builder of champions • Demonstrated ability to win new logos from outbound PG efforts - this is not an account management role • Have sold new logo deal sizes at >$150k • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) • Command of the Message experience • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience selling open source software • Experience in database / data analytics / data warehouse technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Pinot, MongoDB, CockroachDB, Starburst, Clickhouse
