📋 Description
• Conduct the full recruitment and selection process • Publish job ads, screen candidates, schedule interviews, provide feedback, conduct final interviews, and prepare reports • Source and select qualified candidates • Administer and evaluate skills and knowledge tests according to the job profile • Keep the candidate interview pipeline updated in the system for multiple positions • Provide clear and objective feedback to candidates and hiring managers about the selection process
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in recruitment and selection for different roles and profiles • Own setup for remote work (computer, reliable internet connection, phone) • Familiarity with online recruitment platforms and tools • Ability to work autonomously and organize your workflow • Strong communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
