📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to create impactful user interfaces • Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations • Lead rapid design exploration and prototyping to validate concepts early in the product development cycle. • Plan and execute user research and testing efforts, including A/B tests, usability studies, and experiments. • Synthesize research, behavioral data, and test outcomes into clear design recommendations. • Drive continuous design iteration based on user feedback, product metrics, and business impact. • Conduct competition research to inform design decisions. • Assist developers during the implementation phase by providing support and clarifications • Utilize INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency across the product • Take ownership of features and drive them from conception to delivery • Create user-friendly interfaces for the complex B2B web application

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or in a similar role • Demonstrated strong teamwork skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude • Proven experience in rapid design iteration, prototyping, and concept validation. • Hands-on experience with user research and testing methods, including A/B testing, usability testing, and experiment analysis. • Strong ability to synthesize user insights, behavioral data, and business needs into clear design solutions. • Deep understanding of product design processes, interaction design, and user-centered design best practices. • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility rules • Proficiency in Figma • Ability to create and maintain Design System • Demonstrated self-motivation, a proactive mindset, and an ownership mentality to drive projects independently and deliver high-quality results
