• Lead the development and execution of growth strategies tailored for the APAC market • Identify and prioritize institutional and ecosystem opportunities • Create growth strategies for products and partnerships • Develop localized marketing campaigns and messaging • Cultivate strategic partnerships and expand platform reach • Build and nurture a community of users, developers, and enthusiasts • Attend industry events and hackathons to grow presence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus • Minimum of 5 years experience driving growth in Korea within the crypto, blockchain, or Fintech industry • Understanding of Korean crypto/DeFi market landscape and cultural nuances • Experience in developing marketing strategies, campaigns, and partnerships • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-starter with proactive and results-driven attitude • Fluent in Korean
