📋 Description

• Own the roadmap, backlog and governance for InPost's collaboration platforms, including Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, Teams and Miro • Drive the Jira Cloud migration as the first priority, owning scope and outcomes • Act as the internal counterweight to the external delivery partner • Partner daily with the Collaboration Platforms team, defining what and why while the team handles technical execution • Gather requirements from business and technical stakeholders across markets • Prioritise pragmatically, say no when necessary, and defend prioritisation decisions • Set standards and direction for tools with no current owner as they are added to the scope • Represent the platform roadmap to stakeholders across multiple markets and functions

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira, Confluence and Service Desk • Solid product management experience and project-management mindset • Ability to bring structure and ownership • Strong stakeholder management skills with technical and business audiences • Assertiveness to set and maintain standards • Comfort working across markets with a large vendor and internal team • Polish at communicative level, able to run meetings and daily stakeholder conversations • Fluent English • Atlassian certification, such as ACP-100 Jira Administrator or equivalent, nice to have • ITIL Foundation certification, nice to have • Project Management certification, nice to have • Experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations, nice to have • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Miro platform administration, nice to have • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks, nice to have
