📋 Description

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes in the Tech domain • Partnering with hiring managers from role definition to final hiring decisions • Providing market insights on talent availability, timelines and compensation • Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search and other tools • Conducting interviews and assessing both competencies and cultural fit • Managing the recruitment process and candidate experience end-to-end • Using recruitment data and metrics to optimize processes • Building talent pools and long-term candidate relationships • Supporting employer branding initiatives and representing the company externally

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Tech recruitment (agency or in-house) – min. 3 years • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Boolean search) • Experience in conducting structured interviews (e.g. STAR method) • Understanding of tech roles and stacks (backend, frontend, cloud, data, etc.) • Data-driven mindset and analytical skills • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • English at B2 level or higher.
