Description

Product Managers are leaders at IOG. They own a product from concept to delivery and adoption. As a PM you are responsible for understanding the market opportunity, defining a product that captures this opportunity and partnering with product marketing team to bring it to market. You are responsible for ensuring the product moves aggressively through all stages of its lifecycle. Working in a highly technical environment you are able to engage with engineering and research as peers. You champion the external needs of the product and have a grasp of the ecosystem that is needed for market fit. You are driven to organise this in a working roadmap that reflects current and future engineering work. You will engage with customer, partners and external influencers to help drive awareness and adoption of your solution. In short, you are a leader with a bias for action who views your products success as your primary responsibility.

Requirements

• Proven technical capabilities (Computer Science degree or equivalent experience) • 5+ years experience working in software development • Experience in product management, co-founder or related technical role. • Experience collaborating with highly technical engineering, design and business teams. • Experience developing blockchain or infrastructure technologies such as database or middleware • Ideally, experience in finance or related field
