📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for clients from onboarding through campaign execution • Build trust-based client relationships by understanding objectives and delivering value • Address client concerns, solve challenges, and support satisfaction and retention • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Oversee end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns • Coordinate with Influencer Marketing Managers to source and match creators • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables • Maintain timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders • Guide brands in developing ad creative concepts for influencer marketing and paid social campaigns • Collaborate with Creative Strategists and Motion Designers to refine briefs and provide feedback • Work with Paid Media Specialists to optimize content for performance marketing objectives • Ensure creators produce high-quality content meeting brand guidelines • Coordinate post-production and final creative asset delivery • Provide structured feedback to creators and the production team

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in account management, client success, or project management, ideally in an agency, influencer marketing, or digital marketing role • Strong digital marketing expertise, including influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously • Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset • Experience working in a startup or fast-growing company is a bonus • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms or paid media strategies is a bonus • Availability from 9 am to 6 pm EST • Must be based in LATAM under a contractor agreement and manage own taxes and local contributions according to local regulations
