âą Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers to ensure satisfaction and retention âą Conduct platform demos highlighting the value and functionality of the comparative rating technology âą Lead the onboarding process for new brokers, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup âą Facilitate broker-to-carrier provisioning and resolve issues in a timely manner âą Work closely with brokers to understand daily workflows, challenges, and pain points âą Collect, document, and synthesize broker feedback on new features and enhancements âą Communicate actionable insights and feedback to the internal technology and product teams âą Ensure all broker interactions align with company values and contribute to a positive team culture
âą Fluent written and spoken English âą Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales ( Insurance or SaaS) âą Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service or account management âą Excellent communication and relationship-building skills âą Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment âą Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability âą Comfortable adopting and learning new technology platforms âą Early riser with a strong work ethic and commitment to client success.
