Description
• Communicate with the Director of Quality Assurance and Development teams • Provide confident end user experience • Resolve issues during updates and QA process • Increase quality, ensure security, reduce errors • Outline test plans, write tests, manage test cases • Develop and maintain QA processes • Adapt quickly to changes, prioritize work • Plan QA strategies according to business objectives • Provide testing and quality metrics to stakeholders • Train team members, lead and mentor QA projects
Requirements
• 5+ years of QA experience and team management • Familiar with QA and Web Development methodologies • Expert knowledge of Agile Testing Processes • Advanced experience with Selenium, Appium, Locust, Jenkins • Good knowledge of Python and Java • Passionate about problem solving and product quality
