• Designing user experience and interface of software and web applications based on user needs • Creating prototypes and wireframes to test functionality early • Monitoring design implementation quality throughout development process • Contributing to conception of new features and characteristics • Conducting user research and creating design solutions based on findings • Testing solutions with users to ensure satisfaction and usability • Overseeing implementation of design systems and components

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Proficient in Figma with strong portfolio • SaaS app design experience • Understanding of HTML/CSS for design implementation • Minimum 4 years of experience • Experience working in cross-functional teams • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Excellent written and spoken English language skills • Adaptability and willingness to iterate based on feedback • Bonus: Knowledge of design systems and component libraries, data-driven design, A/B testing, multiple platform design, design thinking methodologies
