📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed divisional revenue targets • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to peak performance • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners • Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports • Drive innovation in sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and high-level client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field • 2+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets • In-depth knowledge of lease industry trends, regulations, and financial instruments • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Superior negotiation and relationship-building skills • Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
