Description

• Lead and develop a cohesive team to achieve outstanding results • Act as the Company’s subject matter expert on consolidations process, foreign currency issues, M&A, and Chart of Accounts • Partner with cross functional teams to deliver timely and accurate consolidated financials • Develop and recommend innovative process improvements • Review and prepare monthly management reports, analyses, and schedules • Provide consultation regarding US GAAP and Financial Accounting issues • Own the Chart of Accounts and Month-end Close calendar • Evaluate internal control processes and implement new controls as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Accounting • CPA (or equivalent) • 10+ years of progressive accounting experience; 5+ years in a management role • In-depth knowledge of SEC Guidance, GAAP, and specialized accounting topics • Experience leading consolidations process for a publicly traded company • Experience in a fast-paced, growth organization • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure, independently, and collaborate effectively • Proven leadership and team management skills • Preferred: Knowledge of ASC-842, ERP modules, executive level presentations
