📋 Description
• Set and own the product roadmap • Lead product discovery, uncover customer pain points • Drive measurable product adoption and engagement outcomes • Execute the roadmap with cross-functional teams • Partner with ML and design to improve agent performance • Represent the product to senior leadership and retail partners • Work with business and GTM teams to maximize market impact • Scale Cart Assistant across Instacart surfaces and products
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of product management experience • 5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing commerce products end-to-end • 2+ years building LLM-powered products in production • Proven track record launching at least one 0-to-1 product with measurable impact • Technical fluency with AI/ML systems and data flows • Experience defining product OKRs and using experimentation • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with senior leadership and external partners • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent experience
