• You are responsible for the entire sales process in the Central region – from lead generation to closing. • You build a high-quality portfolio of major accounts and develop it strategically. • You establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry influencers in the construction sector – up to C-level. • You adapt our global sales strategy to the regional market and implement it locally. • You provide regular insights into market developments – competitors, customer feedback, pipeline and metrics – and keep the internal team informed.
• Completed vocational training or university degree, ideally in business, engineering or construction-related fields • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably as a Key Account Manager in the construction or building materials industry • Established network with relevant decision-makers in the construction and/or building materials industry • Strong hunter mentality with proven success in acquiring and developing strategic key accounts • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals, including at C-level • Confident and professional manner with a clear customer and results focus • Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style in dynamic and complex market environments • Business-fluent German and good command of English, both written and spoken
