📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for clients, leading the full hiring process from role briefings through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. • Build strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and candidates while providing market intelligence and talent insights to drive hiring success. • Expert recruitment skills, process ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver exceptional experiences and meet partnership SLAs.

🎯 Requirements

• You are an accomplished recruiter with proven pedigree of meeting and exceeding targets and expectations • You are a strong client stakeholder manager who can quickly build relationships with everyone you work with • You are able to adapt your interpersonal style to establish effective relationships with different personality styles • You have excellent recruitment fundamentals, with the ability to lead roles from end to end • You are organised and tech savvy, with impeccable action follow through and process control • You have the ability to learn & adapt to new roles and industries • You are starting to develop an ability to interpret reports and deliver Talent Intelligence insight • You can quickly develop deep industry specific knowledge or a strong generalist understanding across multiple sectors and roles. • You have a high attention to detail ensuring ATS and any relating sheets etc are always accurate and kept to a high standard
