📋 Description

• Review and clear candidate files following recruiter qualification. • Ensure all candidate documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. • Conduct compliance checks and verify supporting documentation. • Maintain compliance records and candidate databases. • Follow established compliance procedures and regulatory guidelines. • Liaise with candidates to obtain outstanding documentation where required. • Work closely with recruiters and management to ensure candidates are fully compliant before placement. • Monitor and maintain compliance deadlines and renewal requirements. • Support audits and compliance reporting activities as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment compliance, onboarding, credentialing, or compliance administration. • Strong understanding of recruitment compliance processes and documentation requirements. • Experience working to APSCo Compliance+ standards or similar recruitment compliance frameworks is highly desirable. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong administrative and organisational skills. • Ability to manage multiple candidate files simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency with recruitment databases, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. • Preferred Experience • - Education recruitment compliance (highly preferred). • - Healthcare or medical recruitment compliance. • - Compliance within regulated staffing or recruitment environments. • - Experience conducting right-to-work checks, reference checks, qualification verification, safeguarding checks, and other compliance processes.
