📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer management • Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement strategies • Utilise applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate flow and ensure compliance with recruitment processes • Assist with onboarding processes as required to ensure smooth transitions for new hires • Follow up on onboarding, technology and engagement concerns to strengthen early retention • Escalate performance, clinical and sensitive matters appropriately • Support attraction activities including job advertising, talent pools, referrals, information sessions, careers events and newsletters • Contribute practical improvements to candidate experience, scheduling and systems • Work closely with hiring managers and the InstantScripts leadership team to develop workforce attraction strategies and build candidate pipelines • Manage assigned recruitment and engagement activities under the direction of the Workforce Planning and Operations Manager and in support of the Doctor Recruitment team

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within a healthcare environment • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across business units • Ability to work independently, prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment systems, and employment legislation • Proactive, results-driven and adaptable approach to changing business needs • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience across a variety of role types and levels • Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field is desirable • Apply with your CV and a short cover letter outlining your recruitment experience
