📋 Description

• Respond to inbound leads from forms and paid traffic, with response times measured in minutes • Conduct active outbound prospecting on Instagram and WhatsApp using personalized, context-driven outreach • Qualify leads based on career stage, current revenue, and investment capacity • Execute complete follow-up cadences, recording all interactions in the CRM • Schedule strategic meetings and confirm attendance to reduce no-shows • Report daily prospecting metrics, including contacts made, response rate, qualified leads, meetings scheduled, and attendance rate • Provide feedback on recurring objections and lead profiles, helping improve the script and offer • Conduct prospecting and qualification for an education and mentoring business serving Personal Trainers and Nutritionists

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as an SDR or Sales Development Representative, with appointment-setting targets • Proven experience with Social Selling and active prospecting through Instagram and WhatsApp • Experience selling high-ticket products through a consultative sales approach • Proficiency with CRM systems and structured follow-up cadences • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including voice messages • Strong self-management, discipline, and ability to maintain an independent work routine • Availability to work extended business hours, including responding to leads in the early evening • Preferred: experience in the healthcare, fitness, education, or digital products and mentoring industries • Preferred: experience selling products priced between BRL 5,000 and BRL 20,000 • Preferred: knowledge of qualification methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, and GPCT • Preferred: current or former Physical Education professional or Nutritionist • Proven experience in active phone prospecting, including SDR, outbound telemarketing, outbound sales, or B2B lead generation • Genuine comfort with making phone calls • Strong organization and discipline in CRM management and follow-up • Clear communication, good diction, and accurate WhatsApp writing • Ability to work independently toward targets while tracking numbers daily • Skilled at navigating gatekeepers and reaching decision-makers
