Requirements
• 10+ years of leadership experience preferable in education or non-profit space. • 5+ years of senior leadership experience in HR and team culture. • Experience in DEI training, leadership development, and organizational change management. • Experience aligning and driving an organizational people and team experience vision. • Experience managing complex and sensitive situations grounded in values and in accordance with HR law.
