• Provide service to external customers using available channels: email, phone, website, messaging systems, etc. • Conduct B2B and B2C sales. • Know, understand and sell the company's products; advise customers on the technical characteristics of materials to clarify questions about products (such as material types) and properly guide the customer. • Send sales orders to the Production department to initiate manufacturing and/or picking of products, ensuring consistency between the sales, production and shipping processes. • Perform daily follow-up on pending customer quotes that have not been closed and/or to offer new products. • Maintain contact with accounts to keep customers active in purchasing the company's materials and to understand why they stopped buying. • Follow department procedures to ensure quality of service. • Visit customers when necessary. • Prospect new customers. • Follow management instructions.
• Experience with consultative sales in B2C and B2B/inside sales (by phone and in person), preferably with customized products/services or made-to-order projects in the construction, industrial, or service sectors. • Basic understanding of measurements and numerical concepts. • Computer skills, including Word, Excel and CRM systems. • High school education (completed).
• Availability for occasional travel
