Description

• Reporting to the VP Finance, responsible for the controller group • Produce accurate and timely financial statements • Oversee the close process and other accounting responsibilities • Ultimate reviewer of CRO and CMO accruals • Drive process improvement, system implementations, and employee development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and Certified Public Accountant • 15+ years of experience, 10 years in the biotech industry, 6 years as a controller • Experience with financial reporting at a publicly traded company • Experience with CRO and CMO accruals • Ability to organize an efficient monthly closing process • Ability to work in a dynamic environment • Strong communication and analytical skills • Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Expensify, Auxilius/Condor is preferred
