• Identificar y contactar potenciales clientes a través de diferentes canales comerciales. • Presentar los servicios y propuestas de valor de la empresa de manera clara y atractiva. • Calificar leads y gestionar el pipeline de ventas hasta el cierre del negocio. • Realizar seguimiento constante a oportunidades y mantener actualizada la información en el CRM. • Colaborar con el equipo de marketing y operaciones para asegurar una correcta implementación de los acuerdos comerciales.
• 2 años de experiencia previa en ventas. • Capacidad para identificar y contactar clientes potenciales de forma estratégica. • Capacidad para generar procesos de negociación y cierre de negocios, asegurando acuerdos rentables y relaciones comerciales sostenibles a largo plazo. • Manejo de CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce o similar) para gestionar leads y oportunidades comerciales. • Experiencia en la gestión del pipeline de ventas con seguimiento de etapas, métricas y pronósticos de cierre. • Experiencia en el uso de herramientas de automatización. • Análisis de datos comerciales para interpretar métricas de conversión y rendimiento con el fin de optimizar estrategias. • Voz clara, buena dicción y escucha activa. • Capacidad para persuadir, manejar objeciones y mantenerse enfocado en resultados. • Organización, disciplina y resiliencia ante el rechazo.
