Requirements

• 10+ years of experience including in-house counsel experience with SaaS companies • Payment card industry experience • Strong written communication skills • Ability to work cross-functionally • Self-starter with ability to execute with minimal supervision • Attention to detail • Exceptional problem-solving abilities • Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school • Active license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction • Experience in contract negotiations, risk management, and regulatory compliance
