📋 Description

• Serve as the strategic People Partner for Product, Engineering, and Operations • Build trusted partnerships with leaders • Embed yourself in the business by participating in planning cycles • Navigate employee relations matters with sound judgment • Build scalable People programs and operating mechanisms • Partner across the People function to deliver integrated solutions • Champion AI adoption and change management • Use data and business insight to identify trends

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner supporting Product, Engineering, Operations, or other technical organizations. • Experience partnering with leaders through high-growth, scaling, or post-merger integration. • Strong business acumen and executive presence. • Demonstrated success coaching leaders through performance, organizational design, talent strategy, and complex people matters. • A builder mindset—you create scalable programs and ways of working. • A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technology. • Thrives in fast-paced, evolving organizations where ambiguity is expected. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
