Description

• Accountable for HV design, EPC design coordination, utility interconnection coordination for renewable facilities. • Develop and review preliminary HV transmission and substation design, MV distribution preliminary designs. • Collaborate with various consultants, vendors, and teams for technical support and design optimization. • Ensure highest environmental health and safety standards in all engineering aspects.

Requirements

• Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems, Masters degree a plus. • Minimum of 5 years managing HV work and/or interconnection of utility-scale renewable projects or working on EPC HV design or in transmission planning studies. • Practical understanding of HV transmission and substation equipment, MV distribution equipment, design/cost trade-offs, metering, relaying, and SCADA/plant controllers. • Knowledge of Steady state modeling tools, Excel, and EPC/Utility work during design and construction phases.
