• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close • Build and manage relationships with property owners, operators, and marketing teams • Manage and convert inbound leads while proactively generating new opportunities • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client needs • Position and sell digital advertising solutions • Develop and present tailored proposals • Drive deals forward through consistent follow-up and closing strategy • Collaborate with internal teams to support deal execution • Deliver a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all client communications
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field • 3+ years' experience selling in the multifamily industry • Experience working for a startup or in startup culture • Proven resilience and goal orientation • Strong communicator with a knack for getting both customers and team members excited • Maintain excellent organizational and analytical skills • Proactive ability to analyze data points and provide key insights • Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the transactional value
