Description

• Facilitating technical decision making, reviewing code, aiding in triage efforts • Responsible for health and success of team members, overseeing projects • Working closely with product owners, stakeholders, and developers • Managing expectations, prioritization, technical debt • Ensuring solutions follow processes and security measures for smooth deployments

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional hands-on experience in software engineering, including frontend and backend development (Python) • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading or managing engineering teams • Knowledge in cloud architecture that utilizes microservices and Kubernetes • Experienced in development with JavaScript (with React) and Python, with a deep technical background in either • Strong leadership skills • Ability to manage projects, time, and all members involved in a process • Demonstrated expertise in product and service architecture and development • Nice to have: Serverless Architecture, Worked with Kafka, Redis and / or Clickhouse
