📋 Description

• Develop a sales plan tailored to the local market with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager • Become a da Vinci Surgery expert across primary operating-room procedures • Support development of surgical teams and integration of da Vinci systems at new customer sites • Develop surgery plans for surgical teams to enable independent technology use • Drive utilization of da Vinci systems by collaborating with surgical teams • Expand the user base by developing qualified lead funnels with hospital staff and thought leaders • Conduct formal presentations, informal events, and networking activities • Convert high-potential leads and drive training activities • Sell instruments and accessories through product introductions and solution selling • Manage sales and procedure reporting, sales-activity reporting, and expense reports • Lead surgical-team training on system operations, operating-room integration, and da Vinci applications • Provide guidance on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience • At least 2 years of healthcare sales experience • Proven track record in sales, achievement, and leadership • Excellent interpersonal skills • Persuasive communication skills • Success introducing new technologies to the market is a plus • Knowledge of the operating-room environment preferred • May need to provide current proof of vaccination against certain diseases, including COVID-19 • Must satisfy applicable U.S. export-control requirements if the role is subject to them
