• Leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, from role kickoff through offer • Partnering with hiring managers to develop or refine position descriptions • Conducting compensation analyses and making recommendations • Managing job postings and maintaining accurate data in the applicant tracking system • Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles • Reviewing applications and conducting initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit • Designing and coordinating interview processes, including developing interview guides and scheduling interviews • Communicating consistently with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience • Supporting offers, including compensation negotiations • Facilitating background checks and reference checks
• 5+ years of recruiting experience • Experience supporting small teams, startups, or nonprofits preferred • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-moving, and client-facing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail and excellent follow-through • Strong organizational and project management skills • Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information • Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office • Proficient in application tracking systems (ex: Zoho Recruit) • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)
