• Take ownership of a vertical and run it like your own business • Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy • Drive performance and alignment across sales and marketing functions • Collaborate with Customer Success Department for retention and expansion strategies • Use data-driven approach to evaluate and monitor go-to-market activities • Meet or exceed growth targets and accurate forecasting • Scale the sales organization and recruit, train, and retain a highly skilled team • Optimize the selling process and implement effective operational processes • Work with marketing to develop data-driven marketing strategies • Leverage market research to define ideal customer profile and assess new business opportunities

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of scaling businesses to over 100M+ ARR • Deep understanding of retail sector verticals • 10+ years of leadership experience in enterprise sales • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion • Strong team player with excellent communication skills • Success in building and motivating high-performing sales teams • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools
