• Prospect, negotiate, and develop relationships with clients and leads from trade marketing agencies, managing the entire sales cycle autonomously. • Lead complex commercial projects: understand the buying process, map decision-makers and approval levels, define project scope, prepare commercial proposals, build ROI cases, and close contracts. • Manage the pipeline rigorously from pre-sales through implementation, ensuring visibility and predictability of the funnel. • Support pilots and projects during implementation, aligning expectations with the client and internal teams. • Produce sales forecast reports with accuracy and consistency. • Keep the CRM (Salesforce) updated in real time as the single source of truth for pipeline management. • Participate in internal meetings with the commercial team and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and accountability for your opportunities. • Travel for sales visits, client meetings, and participation in industry trade shows.
• Proven experience in complex sales; • Experience selling SaaS solutions; • Knowledge of and disciplined use of sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, MEDDIC, Challenger, or others); • Experience with direct and/or indirect sales channels; • Availability for business travel; • Experience with long sales cycles and project-based sales, managing multiple stakeholders; • Results-oriented, with the ability to prioritize high-impact activities; • Ability to build and present strong commercial proposals (presentations and Excel analysis); • Based in Lima, Peru.
