• Location – currently 100% remote, with the potential for occasional in-person meetings in Washington, DC. • Business Analyst role with INTEGRITYOne Partners. • Capturing and coordinating business and technical requirements. • Support agile software development teams. • Gather, analyze, and document requirements using Agile methodologies and tools. • Experience working in cross-functional teams. • Delivering results quickly. • Intellectual curiosity. • Drive to learn, identify, and solve complex problems. • High-tempo environment. • Demonstrated experience in gathering, validating, and managing requirements. • Assist in documenting business process flows and rules. • Support planning and facilitating working group sessions focused on requirements gathering. • Collaboration with project managers and product owners. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and mediation skills. • Creating and maintaining system lifecycle documents and supporting technical gate reviews. • Opportunity to grow career and technical and consulting capabilities in the Federal environment.

Requirements

• US Citizen. • Able to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C (Public Trust). • Bachelor's degree or beyond.
