📋 Description

• Define, manage, and evolve strategic KPIs for the area, such as OTIF, Logistics NPS, and Cost per Delivery • Lead investigations into performance deviations, conduct root cause analysis, and develop predictive models • Lead fleet sizing and planning, create scenarios, and participate in S&OP meetings • Conduct feasibility studies and benchmarking of technologies, processes, and operating models • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support management decisions • Automate processes and analysis routines using VBA, Python, or SQL • Lead the analysis and implementation of logistics levers, measure impacts, and sustain improvements • Lead performance meetings with strategic clients and develop action plans • Articulate and sell to clients the advantages of logistics levers • Act as a strategic partner to the commercial team in prospecting and commercial proposals • Map, design, and optimize area processes • Ensure data and process governance and keep documentation up to date • Serve as a technical reference and train junior and mid-level logistics analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical and strategic thinking • Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations • Ability to solve complex problems, identify root causes, and design sustainable solutions • Data-driven communication and storytelling for diverse audiences, including senior management • Autonomy and proactivity to anticipate needs and lead initiatives • Influencing skills, organizational navigation, partnership building, and collaboration • Market awareness and innovation applied to logistics and technology • Advanced Excel and Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and complex dashboards • Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation • Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and automation is a plus • Experience with logistics systems (TMS/WMS), focusing on data extraction and performance analysis • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum, or Kanban
