📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle for transactional opportunities under 25k in assigned Enterprise accounts, achieving all sales quota targets. • Maintain consistent outreach through outbound prospecting, networking, and executing marketing initiatives to generate pipeline. • Lead negotiation processes, ensuring pricing, profitability, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreements meet both customer and company expectations. • Build strong customer relationships and partner with key decision-makers to align business strategies and ensure service level expectations are met. • Track all activities and manage responses in Salesforce, ensuring you stay updated on Iron Mountain products and industry trends.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and closing sales, with the ability to guide prospects through the sales process smoothly and confidently. • Experience in cold calling, scheduling meetings, and consistently prospecting to fill a sales pipeline, even when it is full. • Strong ability to ask probing questions to uncover client needs, assess their decision-making process, and ensure they have the right budget and timeline. • Expertise using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track sales activity, and forecast outcomes. • Ability to recover from rejection and maintain momentum in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
