📋 Description

• Identify gaps and opportunities in employee experience, brand, and organisational culture • Own projects and initiatives from development and planning through execution, follow-through, and evaluation • Build and maintain relationships with employees through proactive check-ins, engagement initiatives, and retention efforts • Develop relationships with client facility contacts and key stakeholders • Create, coordinate, and support recognition programmes, celebrations, appreciation events, and internal campaigns • Support internal communications and ensure messaging aligns with the organisation’s culture and brand • Review and audit public-facing social media, website, marketing, and PR content for accuracy, tone, and brand alignment • Identify ways to improve communication with employees and external stakeholders • Coordinate projects, events, and engagement activities while tracking timelines, actions, and outcomes • Follow projects through to completion with minimal supervision • Build systems, trackers, and processes to organise projects and initiatives • Identify problems, resolve them independently where appropriate, or escalate them • Collaborate with employees, leadership, client facility contacts, and internal teams • Contribute creativity, warmth, and positive energy to culture-building initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in healthcare is not required • Experience in social media, content creation, marketing, communications, brand coordination, employee engagement, events, relationship management, or project coordination is advantageous • Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving skills • Strong ownership mindset and ability to see initiatives through to completion • Comfortable working with ambiguity and building processes without an established playbook • Creative, curious, and able to generate fresh ideas • Warm, approachable, empathetic, and professional • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Highly organised, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Strong judgement regarding ownership and escalation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong attention to detail, tone, accuracy, and brand consistency • Basic computer literacy and confident navigation of standard business systems • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook • Experience with social media platforms and content creation • Comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms • Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, website/content management systems, or project management platforms is advantageous • Fixed fibre line with minimum 25 Mbps upload and download speed and wired Ethernet capability • Reliable power backup for load shedding or outages
