📋 Description

• Coordinate customer onboarding from start to finish • Set up new customers within internal systems • Manage backend administrative processes • Update CRM and internal databases • Perform daily data entry and quality checks • Prepare customer documentation • Write professional customer emails • Follow up on outstanding actions • Assist customers with basic user support • Create and maintain internal documents • Support the operations team with additional administrative tasks • Maintain system integrity and clear written communication with clients • Take ownership of backend operational workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12am (SAST), subject to change in accordance with daylight saving time • Mandatory dedicated, fixed FIBRE internet connection with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download • Rain, LTE, 5G, or similar connections are not acceptable • Mandatory reliable backup power solution supporting equipment for the full scheduled working hours during outages • Fully remote within South Africa • Exceptionally organised and detail oriented • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently • Enjoys structured, process-driven work • Proactive mindset with a strong drive to take ownership • Learns new systems quickly • Confident using Microsoft Office and cloud-based software • Comfortable performing repetitive administrative tasks while maintaining high accuracy • Thrives in a fast-paced environment • Experience in customer onboarding, operations coordination, Customer Success, Executive Assistance, project coordination, CRM administration, healthcare administration, or SaaS/technology environments is advantageous
