📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day quotations workflow • Prioritise approximately 10–15 active quotations at any given time • Coordinate work across a small quotations team • Liaise with customers, suppliers and manufacturers regarding pricing, specifications and revisions • Ensure quotations are accurate, complete and delivered within required deadlines • Review customer requirements and technical specifications • Keep projects progressing from enquiry through to order • Work closely with company leadership to ensure priorities are aligned

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working within the electrical distribution industry • Strong knowledge of switchgear, circuit breakers, fuses, panelboards, Low Voltage (LV), Medium Voltage (MV), UPS systems, and electrical protection equipment • Previous experience preparing or coordinating technical quotations • Experience working with electrical contractors, distributors or manufacturers • Excellent organisational and communication skills • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously • Strong customer service and relationship management skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems • Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps upload and download • Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection • Reliable power backup solution for load shedding and power outages • Willingness to work Monday–Friday, 14:00–23:00 South African time, subject to U.S. daylight saving and company operational requirements • Willingness to work on South African and U.S. public holidays • Nice to have: previous leadership or team coordination experience • Nice to have: experience working with electrical wholesalers or manufacturers • Nice to have: knowledge of U.S. electrical products or standards
