📋 Description

• Take ownership of the development and maintenance of full-stack Java applications. • Demonstrate your skills in frontend and backend development and in integrating databases. • Act as a problem-solver for bug resolution and performance optimization. • You bridge the gap between the user interface and server logic.

🎯 Requirements

• Full-stack professional: You are proficient in Java and have experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular and backend frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot. • Databases: Whether relational databases like MySQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB — you know them well and understand how to design efficient data models and queries. • CI/CD: Using tools like Maven, Gradle, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Git, etc., and related build-management tools, you automate the build process and ensure smooth deployments. • Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift are indispensable tools in your development environment to ensure consistency and efficiency. • Cloud: You already have experience developing in cloud environments based on MS Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Monitoring tools: You understand the importance of application monitoring and logging and use tools like the ELK Stack or Splunk to gain insights into application performance. • Security-aware: Application security is always a top priority for you. You are familiar with security topics such as Spring Security, OAuth, and JWT, and you ensure vulnerabilities are minimized. • Strong communicator: You know that good ideas need to be shared. You work well in a team and can communicate your knowledge clearly and effectively. • Eager to learn: The IT world changes rapidly, and you are always ready to learn new things and develop professionally. • Willing to travel: You are open to assignments at customer sites and see them as an opportunity to broaden your horizons. • Language skills: You speak German at least at C1 level. English skills are an absolute plus.
